Kathmandu. Nepal SBI Bank Ltd. (NSBL) has made a contribution of NPR 10.00 lacs to Lumbini Development Trust, Rupandehiunder its CSR initiative. The contributed amount shall be utilized for the various ongoing conservation efforts by Lumbini Development Trust in the areas of environment protection, improving water supply, providing facilities to pilgrims and visitors and maintaining pathways.
The contribution was formally handed over by Mr. Rama Mohan Rao Amara, Managing Director (International Banking, Global Markets & Technology), State Bank of Indiato Mr. Sanuraja Shakya, Member Secretary, Lumbini Development Trust during a program at Lumbini Development Trust Premises.Ms. Jayati Bansal, Chairperson, NSBL, Mr. Ram Kumar Tiwari, Managing Director & CEO, NSBL,Mr. Ritesh Sinha, Director, NSBL, Mr. Bharat Raj Wasti, Director, NSBL, Ms. Apsara Upreti, Director, NSBL, Mr. Gopal Prasad Bhatta, Director, NSBL, Mr. Vikas Anand, Dy. CEO & Chief Operating Officer, NSBL, Mr. Rajesh Kumar Panda, Chief Financial Officer, NSBL and senior officials of the Lumbini Development Trust were present during the program. The bank has been conducting such activities for preserving culture and heritage at community level very often.
